Free Minecraft Tools

Tools for Minecraft Servers

A small, focused set of utilities for everyday Minecraft tasks — check if a server is online, design a clean MOTD, and grab the exact string to paste into server.properties. Free, fast, and built by the team behind Playzor hosting.

Built for real server work

Small tools that do one thing well. No newsletter popups, no feature creep.

Fast

Status pings cached at the edge — typical response under a second.

Privacy-friendly

No accounts, no tracking of the IPs you check, and no ads on the tools.

Works everywhere

Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, hosted IPs, subdomains, and SRV records.

About these tools

We run Minecraft servers ourselves. Most days that means quickly confirming whether a server is online, sharing a clean MOTD with a community, or pasting the right value into server.properties without fumbling with manual color codes. These tools exist because we wanted them to be one click away.

The Minecraft server status checker queries any public Minecraft server (Java or Bedrock), reads the standard ping response, and returns the player count, version, MOTD, latency, and the base64 server icon. The MOTD maker renders the same way Minecraft itself renders the multiplayer list, so what you see is what your players will see.

Looking for hosting that goes with these tools? Our Minecraft server hosting plans cover Java, Bedrock, Forge, Fabric, Paper, and Velocity, with data centres in Mumbai and Singapore. You can also browse the Playzor blog for setup guides, or jump straight to Minecraft hosting India if you want low-ping plans for Indian players.

Roadmap

More small utilities are on the way — a UUID lookup, a skin viewer, a whitelist.json generator, and a port forwarding cheat sheet. If you want a specific tool added, ping us in the Playzor Discord.
