How to Migrate Your Server for Free on Playzor

If you want to move your server to another location or region, Playzor allows users to request a free server migration. Our support team handles the migration process to ensure that your server data is transferred securely and safely.

However, migrations are only available when the requested region has available nodes or capacity.

Step 1 — Open the Support Panel

First, go to the Playzor checkout panel:

https://checkout.playzor.me

Log in to your account and open the Support / Tickets section.

Step 2 — Create a Migration Ticket

Create a new support ticket and include the following information:

• Your current server location
• The region you want to migrate to
• Your server or service details

Example message:

I would like to migrate my server from [Current Location] to [Requested Region].

Step 3 — Region Availability Check

Once the ticket is submitted, the Playzor support team will review your request and check which regions currently have available nodes.

If the requested region has available stock, the migration will be approved.

Step 4 — Secure Data Migration

After approval, your server data will be securely transferred to the new region.

Migration time depends on the total size of your server data.

• 100MB – 5GB: Usually completed within 20–30 minutes
• Larger data: May take several hours

Free migrations are not always guaranteed. Migrations are only provided when the requested region has available capacity.
